Series Overview
The OKF-A Series covers seven shell-and-tube refrigerated air dryer models with rated air flow from 1.5 to 16 m³/min. The series operates at 7 to 10 bar, accepts inlet air up to 45 °C, and is specified for ambient temperatures up to 35 °C.
Compare the models by required flow first. Then check pipe diameter, power supply, installation dimensions, and weight. The verified pressure dew point range is 2 to 10 °C.
Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger
Each model uses a shell-and-tube heat exchanger and R-22 refrigerant. When planning a new installation or a replacement, confirm that the selected model matches the site’s refrigerant service requirements and electrical supply.
The OKF-10A through OKF-75A use AC 220-240 V / 50 Hz. The OKF-100A and OKF-120A use AC 380 V / 50 Hz. Confirm the required phase and local electrical conditions during quotation.
Model Selection
Select capacity from the Specifications table using the required compressed-air flow at the planned working pressure. The seven models cover 1.5, 2.4, 3.6, 6.5, 10.0, 12.8, and 16 m³/min.
After selecting capacity, check the DN25 to DN80 connection range, cabinet dimensions, weight, and available service space. Do not size the dryer from pipe diameter or installed power alone.
Quote Preparation
Provide the required flow, working pressure, inlet air temperature, ambient temperature, electrical supply, available installation space, connection size, and quantity. Also state any site requirements related to R-22 refrigerant so the selected model and supply conditions can be confirmed before ordering.
