Series Overview
The OKF Series includes seven refrigerated air dryer models with maximum air flow from 1.2 to 13 m³/min. Standard operating pressure is 7 bar, and standard products are rated up to 16 bar. The verified inlet air range is 15 to 65 °C, with ambient operation from 0 to 42 °C.
The 3 °C pressure dew point applies at 35 °C inlet air and 25 °C ambient temperature. Pressure drop is no more than 0.02 MPa at 0.7 MPa inlet pressure. Use these conditions when comparing the values with project requirements.
Heat Exchanger and Controls
All seven models use an aluminum plate heat exchanger with air cooling and a finned-tube condenser. The LED interface displays pressure dew point temperature, alarm codes, and operating status. The control system manages condensing temperature and pressure dew point temperature automatically.
The series includes low-pressure protection and reserved dry contacts for remote connection, with an RS485 expansion interface. High-pressure protection differs by model: OKF-01 and OKF-02 use temperature sensor protection, while OKF-03 through OKF-12 add pressure-sensing protection.
Model Selection
Select the model by required flow at the planned pressure. OKF-01 and OKF-02 use R134a refrigerant, while OKF-03 through OKF-12 use R410A. The Specifications table also lists the connection size, input power, dimensions, and weight for each model.
Check the installation environment before ordering. The unit requires a level, solid surface with ventilation and protection from direct sun, rain, heavy dust, and airborne fibers. Confirm service clearance and the AC 220 V / 50 Hz supply for the selected location.
Quote Preparation
Provide the required flow, working pressure, inlet air temperature, ambient temperature, electrical supply, available installation space, connection size, remote communication requirements, and quantity. For pressure above the standard product limit, provide the complete operating conditions for a separate non-standard configuration review.
