Series Overview
The OKF-HPTSW Series includes five single-stage permanent magnet variable speed screw air compressors from 10 to 75 HP. All five models are rated for 8 bar, with rated flow from 1.1 to 9.4 m³/min. Buyers can compare air capacity, installation size, connection size, and electrical requirements within the same series.
Use the Specifications table to match the required flow with the nearest model. Then check the unit dimensions, outlet connection, noise level, and motor protection before requesting a quote.
Product Features
- Permanent magnet variable speed control adjusts motor speed as compressed air demand changes.
- Single-stage compression and direct drive are standard across the five models.
- Variable frequency starting is standard, and all models use air cooling.
- The 10 to 50 HP models use IP55 motors with Class F insulation. The 75 HP model uses an IP65 motor with Class F insulation.
- The 10 to 50 HP models use an oil separation vessel followed by an external separator element. The series is rated for outlet oil content of no more than 3 ppm.
- The standard power supply is 380 V / 3 Ph / 50 Hz. Specify any different voltage or frequency when requesting a quote.
Model Selection
Select the model by required flow at 8 bar. The OKF-10HPTSW delivers 1.1 m³/min, while the OKF-75HPTSW delivers 9.4 m³/min. The three models between them provide 2.3, 3.6, and 6.3 m³/min, allowing you to compare capacity without estimating from motor power alone.
Check the installation requirements after selecting the flow range. Overall dimensions run from 800×600×800 mm to 1500×1150×1600 mm, and outlet connections run from DN15 to DN50. Confirm service clearance, ventilation, piping size, and the available 380 V / 3 Ph / 50 Hz supply before ordering.
Quote Preparation
Include the required flow, working pressure, power supply, application, installation space, and quantity in your inquiry. For OEM or ODM orders, also list any requested changes to the logo, color, voltage, frequency, configuration, or packaging. The minimum order is one unit.
