Series Overview
The OKF-HPII Series includes three horizontal two-stage permanent magnet variable speed screw air compressors from 20 to 50 HP. All three models are rated for 8 bar, with rated flow from 2.9 to 7.4 m³/min. The series gives buyers three capacity points while keeping the same compression arrangement, drive type, cooling method, and standard power supply.
Use the Specifications table to compare rated flow first. Then confirm the outlet size, cabinet dimensions, weight, noise level, and motor protection for the selected model.
Two-Stage PM VSD Configuration
Each model uses horizontal two-stage compression, a permanent magnet variable speed drive, direct transmission, variable frequency starting, and air cooling. The drive changes motor speed as compressed air demand changes, while the direct-drive layout transfers power without a belt stage.
The standard electrical supply is 380 V / 3 Ph / 50 Hz, and the verified maximum ambient temperature is 46 °C. Motor protection varies by model: IP55 for the OKF-20HPII and OKF-50HPII, and IP65 for the OKF-30HPII.
Model Selection
Select the model by required flow at 8 bar. The OKF-20HPII delivers 2.9 m³/min, the OKF-30HPII delivers 4.5 m³/min, and the OKF-50HPII delivers 7.4 m³/min. Use these rated values instead of estimating capacity from motor power alone.
After selecting capacity, check the installation details. Outlet sizes increase from DN25 to DN50, and cabinet dimensions vary by model. Confirm ventilation, service clearance, piping size, noise limits, and the available 380 V / 3 Ph / 50 Hz supply before ordering.
